In 1978, Del Valle chose to call their yearbook the Vivlio.
You can see the new name on the inside cover as well.
This year we still find the FM/Radio Club.
To one day get an FM station at Del Valle was the goal of the FM Club. However, this was a long range project.
Four more school years will pass before they secure their FCC license, deal with the closure of Del Valle, and get through delays in construction of the station to go on the air during the Fall of 1982. It wasn’t that far off–especially considering they get their FCC license in 1979.

We find the Del Valle amateur radio station in the Winter 1977-1978 amateur radio call book.
The entry states the following:
B Dell Valle ARC, 1963 Tice Val Blvd, Walnut Creek 94595
